We respect your privacy. This notice explains how the interim Unowd website handles personal data and how you can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
Egoitz Aulestia operates the Unowd project. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
2. When you visit
Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver pages, protect the service and maintain reliability. The live hosting configuration also supplies Network Error Logging headers, which may cause your browser to send connection-error reports to Cloudflare.
3. Preferences on your device
The website code sets no cookies. If you choose a language or theme, it stores that choice locally in your browser under “locale” or “theme”, solely to remember your preference. These values are not sent to us. You can change them using the controls or remove them by clearing site data. Without a saved choice, the language defaults to English and the theme defaults to dark.
4. If you contact us
There is no form or mailing-list signup on this website. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include. Google Workspace handles our email. We use this information to respond to your enquiry; it does not subscribe you to updates.
5. External links
Fonts, images and scripts are served by this site. The page includes no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or embedded social widgets. Opening a social or provider link takes you to another service, whose own privacy policy applies.
6. Purposes and legal basis
We process enquiry data and necessary service data on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure, reliable website. Where an enquiry concerns a potential contract, taking steps at your request before entering that contract may also apply. We do not use these data for advertising or sell them.
7. Retention and international processing
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. Saved preferences remain on your device until changed or cleared. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; their published privacy information and data-processing terms describe their safeguards and retention practices.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
